Returns Policy

You may return any defective lure only for vibrator failure within 90 days of purchase. We warranty all vibrators inside the lures for 90 days from purchase date. We'll also pay the shipping costs for replacing the lure to you.

You should expect to receive your replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for standard mail service shipping. (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. NOTE: current areas for shipping are Continental US, Canada , Mexico and Australia. However, (For other International locations ) if you will  Contact Us with what you would like and an exact mailing location we will try to get accurate cost information back to you in a timely e-mail. Please include phone # and working e-mail acct.  



Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
